I'll second that nomination. But since wife's cancer bout, we've changed our ways. Btw, the food police now tell us that the beans, collards, etc are good for you. Seafood is also good for you. So you're not being as bad as you think.
From one survivor to another: keep the good thoughts flowing!
I changed how I ate decades back and although it didn't stop me from my cancer incident it certainly made me feel better through the process. At least IMO.
I never heard that beans or stewed greens were bad for us in general. Just heard that some of the flavourants were not in our best interest, heart and overall bodywise. On this end, at least twice a week we eat fish or shellfish and once to twice, a meatless meal. Amazing how you can cook veggies when ya take the time. Makes me enjoy the occasional steak that much more. I truly believe if more people treated their bodies as well as they maintain their RVs they and their vehicles would be happier for the experience.
My overall philosophy is to eat the best my pocketbook can handle and enjoy every morsel to the nth.
Contented soapbox moment over;).
