Pulled Pork Spaghetti

I was watching an episode on the Food Network about popular bbq around the country and one place had a signature dish of pulled pork spaghetti. I had to try it!

I started by sautéing some onion, bell pepper and a few cloves of garlic. Then I threw in the pulled pork. The sauce was approx. 60% marinara sauce and 40% bbq sauce. I allowed it to simmer for about 30 minutes.

I thought it was delicious. After the pulled pork sandwiches, give this a try.
  • Kind of reminds me of many of the Chinese Lo Mein noodle dishes I enjoy so much. Looks like an interesting dish.
  • I saw the same episode and wrote it down to try in the spring when I can get the smoker out. Your dish really looks great and just like what was seen on the show!!
  • Looks great Dave! Saw that episode also. Need to try this.

Just out of curiosity, what was the solution to the canned hams at Christmas?
  • I am rather fond of pulled pork and I look forward to the left overs being placed over noodles almost as much as I like seeing the original sandwich. A close second is the leftover pork over a baked potato.
  • Never tried pulled pork on spaghetti, I'm sure it's good. I bet pulled pork would be good on iced cream. I MISS MY SMOKER!
