Salami For Christmas................
I made a 20 pound batch of Salami for Christmas and New Years. This will make yummy Salami Sandwiches! This will be going with us on our camping trip over New Years Week End.

No, it's not venison. The casing is a venison summer sausage casing. This is 60% beef, 40% pork. Not a "dried" type salami. It's a cooked Salami like your mom would have used to make you a salami sandwich in grade school........only better cause it's homemade.
