Smoked potato salad
I recently got a smoker and really enjoy it. I've read a few posts about smoked potato salad. Does anyone have a recipe for this? Thanks Craig

I would suggest what Dave did. I wouldn't put anymore heat on them then what is necessary to create the smoke and leave the vents wide open. I would think 30 minutes would be plenty because I don't think you would want more than a hint of smoke. You wouldn't want to over power the other ingredients.
