St Louis Style Pizza

To go with the recipe Budster posted for pizza I though this was another RV friendly pizza. This one uses SR flour, it is thin and crispy and of course requires no rising time or yeast. I tried it for the first time a few days ago and it won't be the last. Many grills will get hot enough to bake pizza, just put a tile on them and stoke the fire up on high. I understand that IMO's is a very popular place in Eastern MO. I've had their pizza at LOZ and it is very good.
