We love sweet potatoes and use them frequently. Use them in veggie soup in winter, DW uses them with roast, carrots, onions, gravy. Down here in Louisiana we have a product called Sweet Treat. It is Cinnamon, sugar, and pure vanilla. Put it on a baked sweet potatoe and it is great, on top of ice cream it is great, even making cinnamon toast it is great. Cajun Power is the company and Sweet Treat is the product. Try it, you will love it. I am not connected to the company in anyway.
