Swordfish recipe?
Anyone have a tried and true Baked swordfish recipe? I saw a couple of steaks that I couldn't pass up. Looking for a new recipe... must be cooked indoors. thanks RF4

Here's what I use for oven baked swordfish: Sprinkle each fillet with soy sauce, then rub in brown sugar and a dash of dried mustard. Bake to desired doneness. So simple, but so tasty.
