Swordfish recipe?
Anyone have a tried and true Baked swordfish recipe? I saw a couple of steaks that I couldn't pass up. Looking for a new recipe... must be cooked indoors. thanks RF4

Partially cook 4 slices of bacon leaving them limp. Wrap around the steaks. Sprinkle with spices of your choice and broil until just done.
