Can't figure out how to get a pic of the thing using an iPad...but here's the link. I ordered this just as I was leaving on a trip and had it delivered to my friend's house in FL.
Only used it once, to smoke a handful of peanuts. Took all of 30 seconds. Could not believe how well it worked. Unlike my little Cameron stove top smoker, this thing uses cold smoke, so you can supposedly smoke things like salads and even cocktails (we'll see how that one turns out).
I used smoker chips from my Cameron, and a little goes a LONG way!
I'm anxious to get home and start the experiments, including cheese as mentioned in the other thread. And how about a Smoked Dirty Martini...
