Does anyone out there have a good recipe for a good dry rub? I used to have one but had to reset the computer back to factory default and lost mine. DW does not like spice but likes a zesty rec...

I daresay you could recreate the recipe if you both closed your eyes and remember the taste together; then jot down the flavors and experiment. My thinking is that with poultry it would have sage and/or rosemary along with salt, pepper, and paprika.
