Vegetarian Recipes
Just wondering if anyone has a vegetarian recipe to share. I am trying to cut back on meat, not become a complete vegan. I love rice, beans, veggies--just about any kind. Thanks.

We have cut back on meat, but not gone vegetarian. First thing we've done to cut back is to simply leave the meat out or halve it. Examples would be Chinese, can't really tell the meat is gone. Beans, I put about 2" of a smoked country rib, (the fake that is cut off the butt)in a pot of beans. By the time its shredded and the smoke moves through the pot you'll think it still has lots of meat in it. Breakfast, we've cut out red meat and dropped to one whole egg on some mornings and egg whites on the others. Fish would be a bigger part of our diet if I could find good fish. I'm not sure that tainted foreign fish is better than doctored red meat.
