Just wondering if anyone has a vegetarian recipe to share. I am trying to cut back on meat, not become a complete vegan. I love rice, beans, veggies--just about any kind. Thanks.
Hummus is great. You can make with Cannelini beans instead of chick peas. You can make sandwiches with it too with sliced tomatoes onions cukes etc. I tell people it is bean dip.
Tabbouleh is another good side
Pesto too. You can sub Arugala for Basil and almonds for Pine nuts.
