12v TV/monitor.. What your using please.. No inverters

I'm looking for a TV/monitor we can use while camping and under way on the road. I was going to simply ask "what 12v TV you removed the transformer from and are currently using in your RV".. But m...

If the tv has an external brick to convert the 110 volt to 12 volt (and a lot of them do) then what is wrong with just running a cord from 12 volt outlet direct to TV?

See Vizio, insignia and many other brands.
NO TV runs off of 110 volt anymore they all have a transformer to step down the voltage. Some transformers are internal some are external..

SO Please explain your statement
