$25 GS coupon

Got the $25 coupon when we renewed this spring. Found out we couldn't use it when making an on-line purchase, nowhere to enter the code at check out. Called CW and they said just to write the web reference # (order #?) on the coupon and mail it to them in Bowling Green and they would credit my CC $25. It's been about 2 weeks and still no credit so I guess we'll see how this whole thing works out. Will update if and when I see any credit.

CC is credited the $25 so all is good.
