I would make sure that iOS 7 is backed up twice 1 on Itunes and once on your computer.
It seems to be one of those typical things where if it works for you great. If it doesn't your in some kind of trouble especially if wifi doesn't work.
Myself I was going to update, but after thinking about it for a while, what is there that I need? Nothing so I will wait.
And people said Microsoft was bad.
