Blocked Caller Question
I’m curious , if I’ve blocked a phone number, what does the blocked party hear if he calls, a message, no ring, or nothing at all? Thank you

So what happens when you press the Spam button?
First the line is locked, the caller can not hang up
Then the system traces back to the real caller. and identifies him or her
Then the system would print a form for you. Said form is the one you file with the court. in addition you get the legal service address for the caller (on said form) Attach the proper fee, sign and date it, hand to court clerk and the caller is harrassed to the tune of 500-1500 dollars per call
That would put the 3rd class call bussiness in the red overnight
How are you going to enforce this when the caller is in East Bopahl Pakistan, and owns the phone company which is exempt by international law?
