The specific transmitter I linked to is one I ordered, Now I have not been able to get it to work but the manufacturer has it now and is working on it... Will update if you like when I get it back (Suspect a simple problem).
The Receivrs are used if your music playr (XM-Radio-Smart phone) IS BT enabled but your House Theater Radio or Dash Radio are not.. I have one still in the box.
