the HDMI cable is the simplest way
PC OFF, TV Off, plug in cable
turn on TV ONLY, select correct Correct hdmi port
turn on PC
control panel, select display,
from list select project to second screen
from that choose "duplicate"
TV must be on before PC, so PC can detect TV on hdmi port
