Placed an order this morning and promptly received an email stating "your order has been placed" Total was $640.88

About an hour later I received an order confirmation with a $25 "service charge" added making the total $665.88

What?????

How many see that extra charge and don't question it? Since you assume so much, ever think he did, and this was his last resort. Maybe it was resolved very quickly, but it was nice of him to warn others. Hey he let CW know they had a glitch in there system they weren't aware of, I'm sure CW is calling everyone who got charged extra right now as we speak and are refunding their money, or maybe it was an isolated incidence.(sarcasm)
