I just ordered a bunch of stuff by phone last Monday 2/1/2016 and dealt with a sales rep named James. He was professional and couteous and a pleasure dealing with. My order just arrived by UPS yesterday and it was all there as ordered. I have never had a problem when ordering by phone so I guess what I am saying IMHO is if it is not broken then why try to change it by ordering on the internet??
