Finally got in touch with customer service by phone. Thanks for offering to help online, Mark. I really appreciate it.
One item was back ordered, though listed as "in stock" online.
The other items, though ordered 8 days ago, were not yet shipped. I was told that the systems have changed? I was able to cancel my order.
