Come and gone

iOS 8 is a major update it, was announced at the latest iPhone / apple watch event as avaialable for " current phones (5 up) ? On sept 17 .
iOS 8 will allow new keyboards along with many other changes . I always wait a bit to allow hidden bugs to be worked out but . I know a beta user ( app developer ) who is very happy , what is it you wanted and aren't happy about ( expected more) ?

Hope they did an update on the keyboard. Numerics and alpha on the same board PLEASE!

Does anyone see a need to update to it? I was expecting something a bit more.
