Delphi connect from Verizon

I was getting my phone repaired today and the nice lady at the Verizon store was showing me the Delphi Connect and it really seems to do a lot of things. It works off if your OBD II port like a scan gauge, but is also an alarm and a hot spot. Is anyone out there using one?
