Dish Network 211K where to buy besides from Dish?

I bought my VIP211K from Installer Oasis. Do not let anyone talk you into a 211Z, it has fewer features.

LANARD - I doubt if the DISH211K Receiver was out when I did this. What I was saying you could get SAT RECEIVERs from CIRCUIT CITY back then for DISH or DIRECTV systems and they would setup them for you.

You are splitting hairs with your comment but I would be more than happy to delete my comment if it makes you happy... You must be a SAT RECEIVER SHERIFF I guess...

I purchased mine from a local Dish dealer.
I also, got a copy from the dealer, a list of settings for all zipcodes for the eastern and western satellites. Helps very much for aiming, if you go with a manual antenna.

Try Solid Signal. They are a Dish and DirecTv dealer who will sell you the equipment. I bought mine from them a few years ago. It was brand new but Dish wouldn't allow me to register it for service. I contacted Solid Signal and they set it up for me and I now manage it from Dish's Web Site.
