on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being “don’t ever call this number again” changing your service address (really just the zip code) rates a .5. we do it all the time and it usually takes about 5-10 min on the phone and another 10-15 min for the change to show up in your guide (faster if you re-boot the receiver after you hang up with DISH). a DISH CSR told me that they expect to roll out an on-line option to change sevice locations (zip codes) without needing to speak or text with a DISH CSR.
