No one is talking about service at 2 homes or an RV and an home at the same time. You simply have multiple antennas and move the receivers with you as you travel.
It's completely legal AND completely OK with both DISH and DirecTV. That's why you are able to call/text/chat and have them change your service address. If it was illegal they would not do it and tell you that you need a new account. The Billing Address remains the same but only the Service Address changes. It's done everyday all over the Country not only by RVers but folks who spend weekends or months in a cabin in the woods and then time at home.
