I'm not aware of any DTV dome for HD reception. Full array dishes on the roof or tripod work great. Also there are reliable reports that DTV no longer installs SD systems (SD TVs work OK but will soon be a footnote in history) and they will not transmit SD after 2019. At that point SD dishes/domes will be history.
KVH Tracvision has one, but it is very expensive.

Not one for an RV that I am aware of. The one I have seen is for boats as it is not only expensive, it's HUGE! It's really a 3 LNB antenna housed inside a dome. Imagine how big that dome must be.
