Excellent Assistance

Many posts are written when CW hasen’t lived up to expectations.I wrote one myself a few years back, about poor service at the Denton TX CW. Today I want to commend one employee Jodi Lawerence on the handling of a return, on an order that was made in error.
I mistakenly ordered a gas waterheater, when I wanted a gas & electric ( wording on part discription had me a little confused)
After reordering correct unit, with CW assistance, I now had to send first unit back to MFG.and obtain a refund from CW. I must admit, I did get some conflicting instructions from the early contacts, both at CW & Atwood, but when Jodi got involved all went smoothly. Thanks to all, who were of assistance in this matter.
