Excellent end of story

About a month ago I posted about trying to buy a Winegard Trav'ler and a rear view camera with the $39 install and about the Camping World high price for both items. CW was about $400 over Amazon for the satellite dish.

Marcus responded to my post saying that he would match other prices and installs were $39.

I was contacted promptly by several Camping World managers. I got a revised quote and prepaid my purchase. Yesterday I brought the camper in for installation. I was greeted and the camper immediately put into the shop and work began.

The installs went perfectly and were finished as promised. My Bighorn was the first RV the installer ever worked on that had satellite wiring preinstalled by the factory. He loved it.

I am very happy with my experience and with how Marcus and his team assured I would have what was promised.

Too often all you see here are the complaints. Well, all I can say is I am a happy Camping World Camper.

Thanks, Marcus.

  • Good to know! Thanks for posting a positive!!
Years ago, our backup camera quit working. The local RV repair store told us our insurance/warranty company would not pay and it would cost us $1500. to repair it......$1500!!! I received an ad for CampingWorld the next day.....a whole NEW backup camera, wiring, and monitor was something like $500. We took our rig over the mountains to the CW and they installed a new setup and contacted the insurance/warranty company.....Our total cost was $50.00...... yes, we go to them when we need to!!!!
