In the upper right corner of your Chrome Window, there are 3 horizontal bars. Click on those and you will get a menu of options. Go down to Bookmarks in that menu. Click it and you will get another list. At the top of the list, there is an option to "show bookmarks bar". Make sure it is checked. Your bookmarks will be listed down below the "show bookmarks bar".
Also down below the "show bookmarks bar" line, you should see "bookmarks manager". Click on that and it will open a screen that lets you sort and organize bookmarks.
Your bookmarks should have automatically imported from IE when you installed Chrome. They should show in the list, or be in a folder in the list.
You can drag your always-used bookmarks to the bookmarks bar so they are right on top of your window all the time. At the right end of the bar there ais a double arrow pointer. Click on it and you can see the bookmarks that ddon't fit in the bar.
Hope that helps.
