Good Data Usage App

For Android: What's a good data minder app, one that will warn me when I'm reaching my limit? Thanks

Thanks. I was looking for a popup screen (or an alarm) that alerts me when I'm inching close to my data cap. Onavo looks good. BTW, I have a S5. Thanks
