If you want RV specific routing and road restrictions your only option is CoPilot or Sygic. CoPilot has an add in called ActiveTraffic for an additional charge but I would not use the app without it. ActiveTraffic gives you a feature called ActiveRoutes that uses Inrix traffic to make the ETA and route selection very good. Without ActiveRoutes it isn't very good.

The TomTom app is very good but no RV specific routing. If you aren't looking for all of the PND features in an app then Google Maps is great.
