My Garmin Nuvi200W just quit after 8 faithful years of service. It was working fine when I turned the Jeep off, restarted the Jeep 5 minutes later and no response from the Garmin at all. Can't turn it on; no low battery notice or anything. It just quit.
Is it repairable for less than $150 or do I just save the mount and get a new one...as in the car is so worn out you save the radiator cap and put a new car under it.

These electronic things are so expensive to repair that even if you could get it repaired for free, it is outdated and without all the new features. So, if it were me, I'd buy a new Garmin. Costco had the best price the last time I bought one. (Actually, bought three, two for each of our kids and one for ourselves.)

I like your "save the radiator cap" comment.
