I used this in my home theater to get a long enough run between the TV hanging on the wall and the receiver on the opposite wall in a cabinet. Is this what you are after?

Yes I use iogear makes one (wireless ) thats about 150.00 and works great for me. Ive tried a couple cheaper other brands all ... Junk! The iogear needs line of sight for any real distance but works for me at 35 feet. When you start putting walls in the mix distance drops quickly.

If you can, run Cat.5 and use baluns. If already run, try the vanco 280330 powered in line repeater.
