It looks like the care team and the unhappy customer email address are just shell games. I've contacted both. No response from the email (online@marcusvip.com) and only a token response from the 'care team' here (give us your info and we'll check), then crickets.

Your first mistake was doing business with CW. You should have done business with a reputable business.
