How long?

I had a bad experience in a Camping World store buying a freshwater hose. How long should it take to get a response from online@marcusvip.com?

  • Your first mistake was doing business with CW. You should have done business with a reputable business.
  • It looks like the care team and the unhappy customer email address are just shell games. I've contacted both. No response from the email (online@marcusvip.com) and only a token response from the 'care team' here (give us your info and we'll check), then crickets.
  • Thanks for the follow up. Some many post problems, get the same reply you got....and never post back and the thread gets closed in a few weeks.
