How to feed multi input sound system from one output laptop?

Full size PC's used to have multiple outputs (3.5mM and RCA) Today's laptops generaly only have 3.5mM stereo.

You need to get a USB surround sound card.. Here is a page on Amazon .. Looks like these have 1/4" outputs however (not sure) so you will need the proper patch cables
