HR 24 Direct DVR

Question

Has stopped working. Was watching something recorded and screen went grey.
Tried reset, pulled card and reinstalled and disconnected power and still will not even turn on. I bought this reciever at CW in Tallahassee in 2014. Where can I get new one?

Assuming you have an account with DirecTV you can call them and have them ship you a new unit where ever you are.  If you sign a new contract they will give you the hardware for free.  If you have an open face antenna (tripod or Trav'ler) you can upgrade to the Genie if you choose.  If you want to stick with the HR24 or no new contract the receivers are available on Amazon.
