Import Favorites from Windows Vista to Windows 8.1

Hope someone can walk me thru this. I've tried doing a search but can't seem to find anything on this. I want to get my old computer's Vista favorites to my new computer windows 8.1. I found a ...

What browser are you using? It's easy to export Favorites/Bookmarks to a thumb drive which you can then use to transfer to the new computer.

With IE you can go to File, Import and Export.

With Firefox you can click on Bookmarks, Show all Bookmarks, and then Import and Backup.

Dunno about Chrome.
