IPhone 6 and Logitech Bluetooth?

I cannot get then to pair/mate. The phone recognizes the Logitech but when I try to connect a message says it cannot and to try turning the Logitech on.

When I plug the power into he Logitech the blue light comes on steady for a bit and then switches to blinking and stays that way no matter if the on/off button is pressed or not. I tried disconnecting the power and also tried to mate then before and after pushing the button and get the same thing.

Would appreciate your thoughts.
