Totally agree %100 about AT&T"s tech support!!!! There are totally useless even when dealing with issues with Computers. All the sales people in our local AT&T store report the same poor quality of tech support. Equally as frustrating is talking with AT&T customer support technicians who can not speak english. If I call, I always tell customer support that I want to speak to someone in the USA who can speak understandable english!!!!!!! I get transferred to some one in the USA:)
