Limited connection on one computer

I am in a RV campground.Free WI-FI and my kindle fire hooks up and works fine. My two Dell computers sometimes connects good but other times indicates Limited connection. At the same time my tablet works fine.I ran the trouble-shooting program and it cannot identify the problem.

your kindle has a better Wifi transceiver than the Dell computers
being able to sense the signal, is not the same as being able to transmit enough power for the wifi access point to receive the signal from the computer, when things get busy , the Dell can not cut thru the other signals that also want to use the access point

fixing this will mean adding wifi equipment to the RV
