Looking for small fanless inverter in the 200 watt range
I'm hoping that someone has experience with and can recommend a small inverter to use for charging laptops and cell phones that does NOT have a fan and runs silent. Anything?

It seems the trick to not using the fan is to keep the load at about 20% of the output. We had a nice 400 watt inverter, and the fan would stay off at 55 watts, but come on at 85 watts. (Two levels of brightness on a TV)
