Lost Power Notifications

Has anyone found a way to receive notifications of power loss in the coach when you are away from the unit?

Look at MARCell units. They run off wireless. Cost about $170 then about $90 a year with AT&T or Verizon. If the power goes out, or temps go out of set range, you get a text and/or e-mail.

Great for RV owners with pets.

    MARCell

    Then I guess you'd know there's a problem.
  • This is probably overkill for you, but my Ring Home Security System will notify me when the power is lost. It has a built-in battery backup along with cellular backup so can send notifications without internet (but obviously it needs to be in cellular range (I think it uses AT&T). Looks like the cheapest system costs $200 so is expensive for just a power monitor, but comes with door and motion sensors if you want to be notified if someone breaks in.

so are we. our verizon mifi router works on both AC and 12v. if shore power drops the router reverts to 12v
