Millenicom Customer Accounts Acquired by Verizon

I just got a call from Verizon, and they were offering to reactivate the Millenicom hotspot to a 20gb plan for $99. They were also offering to upgrade it to 30gb for $130, essentially converting it to the "double-data" 15gb plan that was available in October. Told them we'd already done that with Verizon and got a newer piece of hardware as well. They said to hang on to the old hotspot just in case, as if the new one should die, we can just move the sim card over to the old one and be alive again. So we have a hardware backup. :)

So - make sure you ask "what else" when/if they make their pitch.
