Modem activity light flashing very fast all the time

On a guess I would say some kind of tracking cookie.. But a cookie should not do that, I suspect something else.

Frankly: I am very offended by the companies that do this kind of thing. They are Felons after all, one and all they are Felons, (It is a felony in at least one state to install software on your computer without your permission, thus they are felons)
