The RF Mogul folks are the original founders of MotoSAT and can do some repairs on some equipment. Software updates are no longer an option as the original software was destroyed when the business closed its doors.

How timely. I am on the road now and my Nomad just decided it would not raise my dish. I unpluged everything, reconnected, and then reprogrammed the setup protocol. Nuts. I was afraid that if further tinkering would not fix it, I would have to scrap it. It worked fine at home before the trip so maybe the bumpy roads took the toll.
