No return calls from CW.

I WAS was trying to purchase six tires for my 06 Revolution. I had shopped around and had a good idea as to what they were going to cost. The tires were 295/80/R22.5. These tires are not cheap. I thought CW may have a better deal:B so I called CW in Spartainburg, SC. and was told that I was being connected to the tire guy. His phone rang several times and then gave me a message that he was busy and if I would leave name and number, He would get back to me. He did not get back to me. I called twice the next day and got the same response. I don't know if a sale of over $5,000 is unimportant to CW or not but I went elsewhere and bought My tires. I have heard stories about CW, good and bad but I'M sure now that the bad stories were pretty much the truth.
  • Dd you call and ask for a manager?

Don't sum up CW because one guy did not call you back. I could easily do that about the myrtle beach one. But it got taken care of. Whereas my local CW, I've had no issues with in 3 years and have dealt with them numerous times.

If spending $5000 on tires, I would be doing a lot of price shopping.
  • Maybe I'm mistaken but I don't think Camping World sells anything as large as 295 80R 22.5. Yes, it would have been nice if he'd called and told you.
