5/20 ordered a gift card - debit hit my credit card

5/26 was told by Debbie cards take 4 to 6 weeks, asked for credit, Debie said it takes 4 to 5 days for credit

Called every week - no credit, no gift card and it takes 30 to 45 min of waiting

Called Wells Fargo and completed a fraud report, they also can not get an answer from this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service company.

I assure you I will post the results by them or Wells Fargo. The bank told me to let them take care of it but they can't get thru - just like us.

YES welcome. To bad you did not join sooner and seen the number of complaints this year about CW. It seems they put in a new computer system without testing it thoroughly and have been paying the price for a few months now. Your story of not receiving what was ordered is not new.

I tell you this so you stick around and avoid other disasters with CW and GS by participating or at least looking at the posts

I am not blaming you.

What will happen next is a person from CW will get on this thread and ask you to take it private.
Once that happens we will never know the outcome. PLease post the results and any more insights you gain from CW
