you have dhcp disabled on the wired lan connection. your gateway/dns is 0.0.0.0 this is your problem
renable dhcp for the wired lan connection on ipv4. you should get a gateway/dns ip once dhcp is handed out from the loco.
at that point you should have internet. if you don't do another ipconfig /all once dhcp is enabled and let me know
